In orange: The estimated delivery date, the time from shortest to longest for receiving your package.
In Green: The stock available in Saint-Etienne. The perfume will be shipped the same day if it is placed before 2:30 p.m.
In blue: The stock of the purchasing center, the product is sent to Saint-Etienne for verification of its condition before being shipped to your home.
In purple: The customer service telephone number, you will have Chloé at Jean-Claude who will be happy to answer you.
Important information
It happens that we have pallets with broken boxes , in this case we are obliged for insurance reasons to refuse the pallet and let the carrier leave with it.
When this happens, we cannot fulfill the order on time. Customer service will therefore contact you by email and telephone to notify you.
Your order is automatically cancelled? Don't panic.
1st case: Our stock is updated, and sometimes your order arrives before the latter. The desired product is no longer available. In order to avoid making you wait, our system will refund your order.
2nd case: Our system has detected bank card fraud.
A product has no photos, you want to buy it and you have a doubt.
1st option: Copy the product SKU and enter it in a Google search bar.
The SKU is the series of numbers that you find on the product page just after the product price and the information on the total stock available.
2nd Option: Contact us by phone at 0477373982 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Yes, you can by contacting Chloé or Jean Claude , and asking to keep your order, you will thus have priority when the product comes back into stock.
Paypal, we will transfer your payments to you after 90 days.
When you pay via paypal, we don't have your funds right away.
When we trigger a refund you receive an email from us and PayPal also receives our request , you must have the funds within 48 hours maximum , otherwise, we invite you to contact us immediately so that we can manage the case with PayPal quickly or to trigger a refund request from your PayPal account quickly.
