Return Conditions

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your order from the date of receipt of the package.

2. Return terms

To return a package, you must follow these steps:

• Contact customer service by email to bonjour@maisondesfrargances.fr ou by phone at 04 77 37 39 82 to obtain a return number.
• Pack the unopened product in its original packaging, including all accessories, gifts and documents provided.
• Attach the return slip duly completed, which you can download from our website.
• Drop off the package at a post office or relay point of your choice.

3. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not comply with the order.

4. Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned package, by the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Products made to consumer specifications or customized.
• Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Unsealed audiovisual products or software.
• Real estate.

6. Cases of non-receipt

The package is considered not received by the customer if:

• The package is returned to the sender by the carrier after a period of 14 working days following the package being made available at the relay point or after 2 visits by the postman to the home.
• The customer refuses the package upon delivery.

7. Return costs in case of non-receipt

If the customer does not receive the package, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Refund in case of non-receipt

The refund of the order, excluding return costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned package by the seller.

9. Customer Information

The customer will be informed by email of the return of their package to the sender.

10. Modification of return conditions

The seller reserves the right to modify these return conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable to orders placed after the date of publication of the new conditions on the seller's website.

11. Acceptance of return conditions

The customer acknowledges having read these return conditions and accepts them before placing their order.

12. Language

These return conditions are written in French. In the event of translation into another language, only the French version will be authentic.
